A Message By Lesley Sakinah

I have a message for anyone who needs or wants a word of advice and hope. In our lives we will face trials and tribulations that make us question everything present in our lives. After every circumstance there is a better and brighter day and space for a change, whether its a change of heart or a change of being. If someone has hurt you or betrayed you in the most inconceivable way, know that these events occur for the most mysterious reasons and those people essentially have opened the exit door out of your lives for the best. Like the saying when one door closes another opens, sometimes we think something bad has happened to us, when it could have been worst and when in reality, those who have left pain arent the ones who remain, so there is hope for a brighter day. Do not let anger wear on your heart and in your mind. Think Good Thoughts, it is your life to live not anyone elses so cherish it and use those unfortunate events as fuel to create better events in your life. People will make you doubt yourself and make you think you're crazy just so they can reassure themselves of their own lack of confidence and self. Don't doubt your instincts, trust yourself and love yourself. No person should overcome your will and need to live.Know that there are far more better days with or without those who have walked out of the door. Life is beautiful, be thankful and be happy
